Privacy Overview

Nourish Guide is a recipe discovery and cooking companion. It is intended to work without creating a Kaufmann account or personal user profile.

Information Collection

Kaufmann does not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, payment information, or an app account as part of normal use of Nourish Guide. The app is not designed to build a server-side personal profile about you.

Application Data

Recipe favorites, filter choices, cooking progress, and similar app preferences may be stored locally on your device where the application uses those features. This local information is intended to remain under your device control rather than being uploaded to a Kaufmann account database.

Website Data

This public website has no registration, login, member area, account dashboard, or advertising tracker. It does not include a contact form or analytics script. If you contact Kaufmann by email or phone, you choose what information to provide in that communication.

Third-Party Services

The site links to Google Play for the Nourish Guide store listing. When you open an external service, that service may process data under its own privacy terms. Hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical request information needed to deliver the website.

Security

Because Kaufmann does not maintain an account database for Nourish Guide, the amount of personal information held by Kaufmann through ordinary app use is intentionally minimized. You should still protect access to your own device and backups.

Data Retention

No personal user data is retained by Kaufmann through normal use of Nourish Guide because Kaufmann does not maintain a personal-user account database for the app. Local app information remains on your device until you remove it, clear app data, or uninstall the app, depending on the device and application behavior.

Data Deletion

Because Kaufmann does not keep a server-side personal profile for normal Nourish Guide use, there is generally no remote app account to delete. Local data can be removed from your device by using available in-app controls where provided, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the application. If you voluntarily contact Kaufmann by email, you may request deletion of personal information contained in that correspondence where legally applicable.

Children

Nourish Guide is a general recipe and cooking utility. Kaufmann does not knowingly use the app to solicit personal information from children or create child user profiles.

This policy may be updated if the app, website, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
